Do you have an hourly minimum?

Yes. We have a 2 hour minimum. However, we do offer flat rates for smaller single item projects.

Do you require a deposit for the move?

No, we don’t require a deposit for your move.

Do you have any hidden fees?

No. We will not surprise you with any hidden fees. All of our fees will be shared with you on your moving estimate before you book your move.

Do you move pianos?

Yes, but we do not specialize in piano moving.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please contact us as soon as you know you have to cancel your move.

How do I schedule an appointment for service?

After you submit your quote request someone on our team will give you a call to discuss your move. You can submit your request on our website or give us a call directly at 877-323-5552.

When should I schedule my move?

The earlier the better! Most people request to move the first and last weeks of the month – this is the busiest time to move. If you plan on moving during this time period you should book immediately.

We accept credit/debit cards (American Express, Mastercard, and Visa), Cash, Check, Zelle.

Is there a processing fee for debit/credit cards?

Yes, there’s a 2.5% processing fee for all card transactions.
